Welcome to the Hôtel-Restaurant du Midi in Saint-Palais 64, close to the various routes to Santiago de Compostela! We are open all year, to travelers or to locals. We close our doors for three weeks at the end of October and two weeks at the beginning of March. Book your table in this hotel-restaurant with Basque specialties, open all week, lunch and dinner. We are closed on Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday evening.
The Chief
Jean-Marc Ainciboure strives every day to offer you regional, gourmet and generous cuisine. After attending the Biarritz cooking school, he worked for many years in Paris. It was in 1993 that he decided to return to the Basque Country to take over this hotel-restaurant in Saint-Palais 64. Our chef will take your taste buds on a journey to the heart of the Basque Country.
The formulas
In order to simplify your stays in our hotel-restaurant in the Basque Country, we offer you several formulas depending on your stopover. You can enjoy full board (breakfast, lunch and evening meal), half board (breakfast and one meal) and half board strong>evening stopover (evening meal, overnight stay in one of our rooms and breakfast). Rooms that can be privatized
In our hotel-restaurant in Saint-Palais 64, we offer two rooms: a seminar room for 20 people and a reception room for 60 people. You can hold all your events in these two rooms: professional events and private events.
